A bit about myself. I began my State Farm Agency adventure right here in Chanhassen in 1989 , shortly after graduating from college. Over the 30+ years I have had the good fortune of building many relationships with local families. In some instances we insure 3 generations of families, now that's fun! Our goal in the office every day is to provide the level of service that allows our customers of Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Chaska, Victoria and surrounding communities to feel as though they are the priority. We know, auto, home, life and renters insurance isn't as fun for everyone as it is for us!

I am grateful to have three wonderful team members that collectively have 27 years of insurance experience. They know a lot and have been asked all the crazy insurance questions. Below under the "Our Team" tab you can meet each one of them. They are each committed to making your experience with us and figuring out your auto and home insurance a remarkable one. Over the years we have received a number of honors from State Farm including Crystal Excellence and Ambassador Club.

When I am not in the office, I can usually be found hanging out with my husband, Steve, on Lake Minnetonka either kayaking, boating or just simply enjoying the beauty of it. It is hard to beat a sunset on the water! We have 5 kids ranging in age from 20-27 so I always enjoy the fun parent conversations with our customers. There is much to discuss!

I have three grown children that bring much joy to my life, along with three beautiful grandsons! In my down time I enjoy shopping at some our boutique stores in Eden Prairie and manicures at my favorite salon in Chaska.

Hello, I'm Tonya, born and raised in Louisiana. I got a late start in the insurance industry after working with my local council and our elderly community. I learned that not everyone understands the home, renters and auto insurance jargon and I pride myself on insurance education for everyone. I work remote and love the Chanhassen team here at Sharlene Downs State Farm.

When I am not working, I have 2 nearly grown children and 2 dogs to run after! I am crafty and love spending time with family and friends!

Hello, I'm Cam, and I started working at the Sharlene Downs Agency in the Spring of 2021. I am a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and enjoyed playing football and baseball while at Gustavus.

Every day I get the opportunity to help customers with their commercial and business insurance needs as well as life insurance planning.

Outside of the office, in the summer I enjoy golfing right here in Chanhassen and Victoria and downhill skiing at some of our local hills in the winter.
